Specializations

The MSc Eng programme will make it possible to obtain a broad knowledge of chemistry and chemical technology, and related fields. Alternatively, there is a possibility of specialization in four areas of high technological and scientific interest, specifically: (i) catalysis and sustainable chemistry, (ii) computational chemistry and atomic-scale analysis, (iii) macromolecular chemistry and materials, and (iv) synthesis and medicinal chemistry.

Beside the specializations, the programme includes education within a variety of disciplines like analytical-, materials-, femto-second- and structural chemistry based on advanced spectroscopic- and computational methods.
