Who are the Circle Buddies?
The success of the Introduction Week is facilitated by our dedicated team, comprising Coordinators, Triangle Buddies, and Circle Buddies. We are currently seeking individuals to join our Circle Buddies team for the upcoming Introduction Week in August 2025. Circle Buddies play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the Introduction Week by actively engaging new students, facilitating meaningful experiences, and coordinating various activities to enhance their integration into student life.

TASKS

• Being the responsible for a group of new students as both a social facilitator and a mentor
• Conducting the Introduction week activities
• Having monthly meetups with your buddy group after the Introduction week

EXPECTED COMPETENCES

• Proactive and problem solving
• Can promote bonding and socializing (with the team and others involved)
• Social intelligence, including the ability to make both the group and individuals feel welcome and included.
• Strong intercultural competencies

MANDATORY DATES:
Interviews: April 24^th , 2025 after 17h
Introduction Week: August 25^th – 29^th  , 2025
Training (mandatory in person): June 14^th, June 15^th and August 24^th, 2025
First meet up: May 8^th, 2025
