Update of the catering ordering system

New payment solution implemented in Minuba

Do you need meeting catering? A PO number is now required when ordering

From today, a valid PO number must be provided when you order catering through DTU's canteen ordering system.

Alternatively, you can now also choose to pay by credit card and settle the payment in Expense.

Why this change?

Every year, approximately 7,000 catering orders are placed at DTU.

When PO numbers are missing, DTU has to spend time creating POs retrospectively, manually coding invoices, correcting errors, and following up. Manual processes are costly and often result in expenses not being recorded on time and invoices not being paid on time.

With this change, we get:

  • ? Less administration – payments are automatically matched in the system, eliminating manual corrections.
  • ? Better expense overview – PO numbers ensure that expenses are recorded correctly from the start.
  • ? Simplified approval process – with a PO number in advance, approval is faster and smoother.

What do you need to do?

Next time you order meeting catering, remember to add a PO number, which you create before you order.

This is easiest done using the request form: Catering – Compass Group.

 

The shopping cart will be deleted after 72 hours, just like today.

If you have an annual order, you can of course continue to use it.
