News from the SU Office
Currently, the SU Office is in the process of checking your study activity
Over the next few days, students considered inactive will receive a letter in their e-Boks informing them that their SU will stop.
In March and September every year, the SU Office checks your study activity. If you should be considered inactive, you will shortly receive a letter in your e-Boks from the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science (Uddannelses- og Forskningsstyrelsen) informing you that you risk losing your SU. Should you receive a letter, please read the following:
- If you disagree with our calculation of your study activity, we kindly ask you to send a statement and possible documentation from your student email to su@adm.dtu.dk no later than Friday, the 19th of April, at 12:00 noon. Please write "partshøring" in the subject field. In this case, we will ensure your SU does not stop during the processing period.
- If you are delayed in your studies due to illness, council work or extraordinary circumstances, you can apply for additional SU portions. Send your application and relevant documentaion to su@adm.dtu.dk. Please write "partshøring" in the subject field. If you upload your application no later than Friday, the 19th of April, at 12:00 noon, we will ensure that your SU will not stop in the processing period. For more information about the application process and how to apply, please see DTU Inside.
