Study announcement s1893: Enrolment for and withdrawal from re-exam in August 2024
This is a message for all students, who are attending a re-exam in the re-examination period in August 2024. It is important that you read the full announcement, since it contains important information.
Period of enrolment: 26/6 2024 - 23/7 2024 at 11:59 pm
Deadline for withdrawal: 23/7 2024 at 11:59 pm
If you are enrolled as a part-time student at DTU Learn for Life, different deadlines and rules apply. You can stay informed about your class at DTU Inside under "Toolbox" and at dtu.dk.
Starting Wednesday, June 26, 2024, you can register for and withdraw from re-exams in August. You register for and withdraw from exams on www.tilmelding.dtu.dk.

Exam dates and room plans for re-exams August 2024
You can find an overview of the exam dates at DTU Inside under “Study rules / Exam / Exam dates”.
Once you have enrolled for the re-exam, you can see your very own exam plan for the written exams at www.eksamensplan.dtu.dk one week before the exam period begins.
Receipt for your enrolments
When registering for the re-exam, you can find an overview of your exam registrations at www.tilmelding.dtu.dk. You can also print a receipt of your registrations on this page. Please keep the receipt as documentation for your enrolments. Your registrations have to be correct for you to be able to participate in the examinations. It is your own responsibility to make sure the registrations are correct. If you are in doubt, seek guidance in a timely manner.
Illness at exams
If you cannot participate in an exam due to illness, you must send a medical certificate from your student email no later than two weeks after the exam to avoid using one exam attempt.
You can read more about the rules concerning illness at exams at DTU Inside under ‘Study rules’ / ‘Exam’ / ‘Illness in connection with exams’. If you do not report your illness, the attempt will be counted as not attended (EM).
Rules concerning written exams at DTU
If you have a written exam at DTU, there are some rules you have to abide by. You can read more about the rules concerning written exams at DTU Inside under ‘Study rules’ / ‘Exam’ / ‘FAQ about written examinations’.
Proof of identity at exams
You must bring your student card as proof of identity at the exams. If you do not have your student card with you, you have to produce some other form of photo ID, e.g. passport or driving license.
Exam grades
You can find your exam grades on DTU Inside under “Toolbox”. Your grades will be registered continuously. You will usually be able to see the grades a few days after the censors have evaluated the examinations.
