News from DTU Library
DTU Library on all DTU campuses
– Lyngby, Ballerup, Risø, Hirtshals, Kalundborg, Frederikshavn and Sisimiut, Greenland.
No matter where you study at DTU, or where you do research or teach, the DTU Library is always with you.
DTU Findit – your digital library
DTU Findit is open 24/7 with DTU login, regardless of your geographical location or time zone.
With DTU Findit, you can search across all of the library’s literature in one go; that is literature and references within the fields DTU researches and teaches in—primarily natural sciences and engineering.
DTU Findit contains approx. 203 million articles from scientific journals and relevant subject databases, of which around 139 million are directly available online in full text—ready to download.
The database also includes approx. 704,000 e-books licensed by the DTU Library, including several textbooks.
In DTU Findit you can also find nearly 2.5 million datasets.
Ask a librarian
If you need personal guidance, you can either email us at bibliotek@dtu.dk, or you can reach a librarian by phone at 45 25 72 50, Monday–Friday, 9:00–15:00.
Whichever communication channel you choose, we can arrange a meeting on Zoom or Teams at a time that suits you.
We are happy to provide an introduction to literature searching. We can also help you get started with a specific literature search or guide you on how to map the literature on a specific subject area or topic. We have extensive experience using AI in information retrieval. We also provide guidance on reference management. And we have several important points when it comes to scientific publishing.
Follow our webinars
Almost all our courses are converted into online webinars. This means you can participate no matter where you are, as long as you have an internet connection.
Topics include, for example: Get to know your library in half an hour, reference management with Mendeley, how to use Generative AI for literature searching, literature reviews, copyright considerations, text screening with iThenticate, and more.
