DTU Messages

High interest in password changes – please be patient

Thank you to everyone who has already changed the password for your DTU account.

We are currently experiencing very high activity across our systems, which may result in longer response times both when changing passwords and during the subsequent synchronization process. We are continuously increasing the technical capacity to support the large number of concurrent users.

If you have not yet changed your password, we recommend prioritizing the most business-critical areas first. This includes, for example, laboratory PCs and other systems that depend on credentials from DTU Base.

After you create a new password, it may take some time before the change is reflected across all systems. During this period, you may notice that some services still accept your previous password until synchronization has been completed. However, we recommend using your new password from now on. Please also be aware that you may be prompted to sign in again as the synchronization reaches individual systems.

Thank you for your patience and for helping us complete this password change.
