Specializations
The programme has the following specializations:
- Artificial Intelligence and Algorithms
- Cybersecurity
- Digital Systems
- Embedded and Distributed Systems
- Safe and Secure by Design
- Software Engineering
For students accepted at the MSc programme prior to September 2025, the courses 02242 Program Analysis (7.5 ECTS) and 02244 Logic for Security (7.5 ECTS) also count on the Cybersecurity specialization.
Specializations are merely recommended ways of choosing the courses in the curriculum. Applicants are not admitted to a specialization but to the programme and it is possible to choose among all the courses in the curriculum following the directions given. However, if a specialization has been fulfilled the title of the specialization may be added to the diploma.
