Funds for student organizations at DTU

Every year, the Finance Act allocates funds for student organisations at higher education institutions under the remit of the Ministry of Education and Research. These grants are paid to educational institutions, which then distribute them to active student associations.

The funds are awarded to DTU's main student association, Polytechnic Association (PF), based on the following criteria:

  • At least 1/3 of DTU’s students are members of the student organization
  • There is a mission, vision, statutes, and annual report for the student organization
  • The funds allocated are used for social, professional or student policy work
  • There is a budget for the use of the funds
