Today, Monday 31 March, DTU Service Portal goes live. The Service Portal is your new entry point when you as a student or employee contact Group HR, CAS or AIT with an error, a question or an order.

How to use DTU Service Portal

To create an enquiry in the DTU Service Portal, use the search box on the front page of the portal to find and select the subject of your enquiry.

Alternatively, on the portal front page, click the ‘All Services’ button and use the filtering and search options.

Once you have selected the subject of your enquiry you will be guided to relevant guides or a form that you can fill out to get in touch with the right department that can help you.

Where to find DTU Service Portal

• On DTU Inside in the menu bar at the top under ‘My shortcuts’
• At student.dtu.dk under ’Help and guidance’ 
• In the DTU App
• Go directly to serviceportal.dtu.dk (If the page does not appear: Press ctrl + F5 and try the link again.)

Problems accessing the DTU Service Portal?

We experience that several users are unable to enter the system, which we apologise for. To acces DTU Serviceportal refresh you browser (ctrl+F5) and click on the DTU Servieportal link again.
