What this means for you:
- Starting March 7, your access card/student card will no longer grant access to Ballerup Campus.
- When you arrive at Ballerup on Monday, March 9, you must update your access card/student card at one of the six Update Points located on Ballerup Campus. A guide will be available at each Update Point. The Update Points are permanent, so if you are unable to update your card that day, you can do so the next time you are on campus. Note: The access card can only be updated from March 9 onward.
- Due to the transition to Pace, access to Ballerup Campus will not be possible during the weekend of March 7–8.
Before March 7
You must still apply for access via CardAdmin, and the procedure remains unchanged for now. If you wish to request access to a new building, please email the person responsible for access cards. You can find the list of responsible persons at DTU under' Access cards and student cards'.
