Meeting frequency
The boards hold 13 meetings per year in CMDU and DMDU respectively. Among these 13 meetings, one or two “buffer meetings” are included, which are held in connection with the biannual study regulation checks. These checks include, among other things, used examination attempts, the first-year examination, study activity requirements, and the maximum duration of study.

Scheduling of meetings
Meetings are scheduled six months at a time. The dates are subsequently published.

Preparation of cases
The boards access cases via the Exemption System. Board members therefore have the opportunity to read the exemption applications and prepare in advance of the relevant board meeting.

Decisions
After the meetings, the board secretariat prepares the decisions in the cases based on the decisions made at the meeting. The decisions are sent to the students via the Exemption System.
