Boards of Exemptions - meeting dates and application deadlines
The two DTU Exemptions Boards decide on applications for exemptions from DTU students. The committees meet every month. Here you can see the scheduled meeting dates and deadlines for submitting applications.

*PLEASE NOTE
If you need to apply for a dispensation for an additional exam attempt to use in the re-examination in August 2025, you must send an exemption application no later than 30 June if you want to be sure of receiving a decision before the re-examination.
You must write clearly in your application that you will use the extra exam attempt for the re-examination in August.
If you cannot apply for an exemption by 30 June 2023 at the latest because you have not yet registered an exam result, you can apply for an exemption by 27 July at the latest. We will hereafter strive to process your application and send you a decision before the re-examination in August.
