SPS and admission to DTU
If you have a disability that entitles you to receive Special Educational Support (SPS), you can apply for admission to DTU and SPS in several ways.
Pre-admission with SPS for BSc and BEng programmes
You can apply for pre-admission to a BSc or BEng programme at DTU. The advantage of pre-admission is that we can apply for SPS early, allowing the support to be established already in August for summer admission and January for winter admission.
Read more about the requirements and deadlines for applying for pre-admission at dtu.dk.
Regular admission and SPS for BSc and BEng programmes
You can apply for regular admission through both Quota 1 and Quota 2 for BSc and BEng programmes. Read more about the requirements and deadlines for regular admission here.
Once you have been admitted to DTU through regular admission and have received your DTU email address and login details, you can apply for SPS via DTU's SPS-portal. Read more about the application procedure under How to apply for SPS.
Admission to master's programmes and SPS
If you have a BSc or BEng degree from DTU, we will ensure that your SPS is transferred to your master's programme. If you experience that your support stops, please contact the SPS unit at aus-sps@adm.dtu.dk, and we will resolve the issue.
If you have a bachelor’s degree from a university other than DTU and have been admitted to one of DTU’s master’s programmes, you must apply for SPS via DTU’s SPS-portal. You can apply as soon as you have received your DTU email address and login details. Read more about the application procedure under How to apply for SPS.
