Quantitative Sustainability Assessment

Roskilde Festival is a lot more than just a music festival. There are plenty of events happening throughout the week for festival guests of all ages. As DTU students, you have a strong background in scientific topics that can be used to engage and entertain.

Games and workshops are great ways of activating festival guests. They can be both fun and inclusive for all types of participants. There should be an underlying engineering aspect as a driving factor.

Focus suggestions are:

• Workshops hosted by DTU students. Possible workshops could involve repairing campers' equipment, manufacturing sunscreen or sanitizers, beer coolers, etc.
• Games and entertainment in the camping areas (e.g., the game TapIt as seen in the upper left corner).
• Gadgets for festival guests

Different projects falling into the category above have been done in the past years. These can be used as inspiration for new projects or further development of past projects
