Closed, fully booked and cancelled courses

On this page you can find information concerning the courses, which are fully booked, cancelled or closed for registration. If a course is fully booked and the distribution of seats on the course ends in a lottery drawing, we will publish a list with names of students, who are on stand by. If you want to see the list of students who have been offered a seat on a course, you can use the link at the bottom of the page.

During the post enrolment period, you can only sign up for courses with vacancies. It can change continuously whether there are vacancies on a course; if students withdraw from a course that has otherwise been filled, it will allow others to sign up. You may thus find that it is later possible to sign up for a course that has otherwise been closed for enrolment.

Closed and fully booked courses

The list shows courses definitively closed for registration as well as fully booked courses where draw has taken place. This means that you cannot enrol for these courses during the post enrolment period 20 January - 1 March 2025.

You will loose your seat on a fully booked course if you do not show up on the first day of class or if you have not contacted the lecturer and got a written permission stating that you may show up at a later point.

If you have been offered a seat on a fully booked course but regret having enrolled for the course please withdraw from the course. 

Cancelled courses

 The list shows courses which are cancelled due to, for example, lack of enrolments. 

Waiting list

If you are on a waiting list you might still be able to participate in the course if one of the students, who have won the lottery, does not show up on the first day of class.

Available seats will be allocated between the students on stand by who do show up.

The seats will be allocated in accordance with the numbers on the waiting list, meaning that the student who has the smallest number will be offered a seat first.
