Approximately one week before the exam period starts, you can find your exam plan at eksamensplan.dtu.dk
Here you can find the following information: building, room and table number. Immediately before the exam begins, the invigilator will state which course/courses the exam will be held in.
In this way, you can also make sure that you are in the right exam room.
No. No students will be admitted to the examination room if the exam has begun.
If you are late, you are referred to the student office.
Mobile phones and smartwatches must be turned off and placed on the corner of your desk face up.
Violation of this may result in report of violation of the rules of the exam.
Our IT supporter can provide USB sticks. The person in charge of the exam will summon the IT supporter.
Please note that USB sticks are only given to students who encounter problems uploading the exam assignment.
You may use earplugs during the exam.
If you need additional noise-reducing aids such as earmuffs, you must apply for exemption.
Yes, you may bring a camera for the exam.
You cannot use the camera in your mobile phone.
You can hand in your assignment and leave the examination room if there are more than 15 minutes left of the exam.
If there are less than 15 minutes left of the exam, you need to stay in your seat.
In this case, you must not leave the examination room until all assignments have been collected.
Assignment on paper must be submitted in a green exam envelope with student number, table number, course number and date on the front.
Assignment on paper that are not submitted in a green envelope will not be assessed.
