Timetable, modules and rooms

During the 13-week periodes, the following fixed timetable is used:

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
Kl. 8 - 12 1A 3A 5A 2B 4B
Kl. 12 - 13 Break Break Break Break Break
Kl. 13 - 17 2A 4A 5B 1B 3B
Kl. 17- 18 Break Break Break Break Break
Kl. 18 - 22 Evening module

The timetable is the same in the autumn and the spring. E denotes autumn ('efterår' in Danish), and F denotes spring ('forår' in Danish).

You can find out when a course is taught by looking it up in the course base. As a basic rule, a course of 10 ECTS credits requires an entire timetable group for teaching. If the timetable of a course is F3, the course is taught in the spring in the timetable group 3 (both 3A and 3B), ie. Tuesday at 8 am-12 am and Friday at 1 pm-5 pm. E3 means that the course is taught in the autumn in the timetable groups 3A and 3B.

A course of 5 ECTS credits requires half a timetable group for teaching. For example, if the timetable of a course is F3A, it means that the course is taught in the spring in the timetable group 3A, ie. Tuesday at 8 am-12 am. E5B means that the course is taught in the autumn in the timetable group 5B.

In order to ensure that there are the same number of timetable groups during each semester, it may be decided to use another timetable for a few days at the end of the 13-week period.

Date of examination

Each timetable corresponds to a particular examination date. You can find the timetablee and the examination date of the individual courses in the course base.

As a rule, if you know the timetable of a course, you can tell when the examination takes place by looking at the exam timetable. However, you should be aware that some courses have special examination days. Therefore, it is always a good idea to look up the course in the course base to make sure what the examination date is.

For example, if it is written in the course base that the examination date of a course is Autumn E4A you can tell which exact day the examination takes place by finding the date of examination Autumn E4A in the exam timetable
