Guides on streaming and recording of teaching at DTU
When streaming and recording teaching activities, both lecturers and students must comply with the laws and rules on copyright and personal data.
These guides will be updated regularly based on feedback from students, lecturers and others.
Guides to streaming of teaching activities (without recording)
Streaming (without recording) of teaching activities with access only for your own students on the course - link shared via for instance e-mail or DTU Learn.

Notes
*This means that:
- DTU has agreements with Copydan on the use of texts and pictures for teaching activities. These agreements also apply to streaming for students where a link has been shared via DTU Learn, in the same way as for ordinary teaching activities in a class room/lecture hall.
- The lecturer should always remember to indicate the source of all materials used in the teaching, including the lecturer's own materials.
- Materials used by the lecturer must either be covered by a licence or an agreement that gives the right to use them for teaching purposes, be open accessible or made by the lecturer himself/herself.

Notes
* This means that:
- DTU's agreements with Copydan do not apply to this type of teaching activities.
- If people outside DTU have access to watching a stream, the lecturer must have cleared all materials (pictures, videos etc.) with the rights holder, or the materials must be covered by an open licence that gives the right to public use, or the lecturer has made them himself/herself.
- The lecturer should always remember to indicate the source of all materials used in the teaching, including the lecturer's own materials.

Recording of teaching activities for use during a single semester with access for students signed up for the course.
